Do you offer one-off services or only regular contracts?
We accommodate both. While many clients benefit from regular maintenance schedules, we are equally happy to assist with one-time projects such as garden clearances, seasonal plantings, or design consultations.
How far in advance should I book?
For routine maintenance, we can often accommodate new clients within two to three weeks. Larger projects or busy seasons may require longer lead times. Spring and autumn tend to be our busiest periods.
Do I need to be home during the work?
Not necessarily. Many of our clients provide access arrangements that allow us to work while they are away. We simply need reliable access to the garden and any relevant facilities such as water and waste disposal points.
What happens in bad weather?
Light rain rarely stops us. However, if conditions are unsafe or would compromise the quality of work, we reschedule without penalty. We always communicate any changes as early as possible.
